New: www/gnump3d

DESCR:
  gnump3d is a simple server that allows you to stream MP3/Ogg/movie
  files across a network.  It is designed to be simple, reliable, and
  extensible with the addition of plugins.  Its user interface may
  also be changed with the addition of themes.

This is potentially more lightweight than Apache::MP3, although
after the latest rewrite in Perl I'm not so sure any longer.

Should it go into audio or www?
