update: mail/nail (10.4 -> 10.5)

Hello,

diff appended below.

Here is a simple update for mail/nail to nail-10.5 . If anyone
cares to give it a test that would be great. Please do let me know
of any problems you find. Of course, please commit this update if
possible and if no problems are found.

Port changes:
	* ./Makefile DISTNAME to nail-10.5
	* ./distinfo updated to nail-10.5.tar.gz
	* make update-patches
	  - added comment to patches/patch-configure_in
	* ran pkg/DESCR through fmt to 70 chars wide

Comments:
	* I've been running this locally for at least a week with
	  no problems on OpenBSD 3.3-current i386 (ELF).

Thanks =)
