Ditto here.  A combination of question marks and Chinese glyphs.

A little experimentation demonstrated that the windows behaved as
expected, as long as I typed in literal paths.  Package dates are as
above.  3.3-current (built two days ago) on i386.  Straight Mozilla
(1.4b, same date) is doing the same.  I can find no other examples of it
in any other packages.
