new ports: libosip & siproxd

Hi,

Craig Barraclough made a port of libosip and siproxd last week; I just
made it do concurrent builds and cleaned it up a bit. This is the first
port I'm submitting, so don't shoot me if there's something wrong with my
logic ;-)

siproxd is an SIP proxy daemon, and it needs the GNU oSIP library. It was
compile tested on i386 -current by me (don't know what Craig compiled it
on?), but not functionality tested. So those of you who can (I know it's
not easy), please test & commit if it works properly.
