But   why   i   must   fetch  unnecessary  stuff,  like  "procmail"  for
"p5-Mail-SpamAssassin"? or like "textproc/xpdf" for "graphics/xfig" (see
"xfig depends on xpdf, why?")?

Can i look the "Ports-Maintainer rules", if they exists?
