I strongly disagree with spamassasin depending on procmail,
IF AND ONLY IF it makes no difference (i.e. if you disable the
dependency, you can still use it with procmail if you install
procmail without further setup).

If it's a compile-time setting, I'd leave it in, though personally
I'd like to see it flavoured.

Nope, it works fine with sudo and sendmail:

I'm using it since Han first submitted the port, and didn't
ever install procmail. For bmf, too, it makes no difference
for _bmf_ if procmail is installed, only for _using_ it,
so a procmail dependency ought to not be existent.
