m68k packages snapshot

A subset of 1320 m68k packages are being uploaded.  This is not a
complete snapshot, but it's what I could do so far - I'll restart a new
build as there've been too many changes in src and this build was
becoming too outdated.  However, if you use m68k, please test whatever
you can and report issues.  I'll try to do a failure analys and post it
to the list in the near future as well.
