some issues with the reworked bsd.port.mk

Hello,
I'm having 2 issues with the reworked bsd.port.mk.

First, it seems that the print-depends target has been dropped, which
was quite helpful to me. At least it's a whole lot shorter than typing
make print-build-depends print-run-depends.

And the second, it seems that make readmes fails on all ports which use
MULTI_PACKAGES. Is this a known issue? There seems to be special logic
added to bsd.port.mk for MULTI_PACKAGES ports.

Here's a failure:

# make readmes
make: don't know how to make readme. Stop in /usr/ports/astro/sunclock.
*** Error code 2
