NEW: mysql_manual

yes, i know that mysql installs documentation in
${LOCALBASE}/share/doc/mysql, but i really hate
digging through that single huge html file. thus,
in the same vein as the php manual port, here's a
mysql manual.

     GDB has a 'break' feature; why doesn't it have 'fix' too?
