new port: BitTorrent-3.2.1b

Attached is a port of Bit Torrent, the massively popular file
distribution system. I patched it to not install the GUI, which depends
on wxPython which isn't in-tree yet. Documentation is rather sparse
(or seemingly non-existent) for the curses / "headless" versions, but I
was able to figure it out as it's fairly simple. You basically download
a .torrent file, and run btdownload<whatever>.py. This is mentioned in
README.OpenBSD.

You can grab some torrents for Linux ISOs to test with from:

http://bitconjurer.org/BitTorrent/download.html

or scour the web for torrents of "more interesting" files.

I'm not too familiar with python, so it's quite possible that the port
could use some improvements. I tested it on i386 && sparc64.
Please do the usual testing & commenting.
