update: audio/p5-CDDB_get

I recently got a sparc64 machine and in trying to upgrade
audio/p5-CDDB_get to a newer version I found out that the ioctl's in the
module fail from what appears to be x86 linux assumptions on the
software's part.

So, until a fix is developed then the port should be marked as broken on
non-i386 machines.  A stupid simple patch is attatched that does this.

If anyone with more knowledge in this realm than I can beat me to the fix
I will gladly accept it.
