lang/ocaml and configure for sparc64

I asked PVal for ocaml build-error log on sparc64.
it looks like the main problem is
the machine architecture is "sparc", not "sparc64";
"if MACHINE_ARCH..." of ocaml/Makefile doesn't work...

just a notice here, i don't check details further yet.

i wonder if there are any other ports which fails on sparc64 because of
the same reason...
