New/Update: spamprobe-0.9h

Once again, here is SpamProbe.

Minor update by the author: some new/improved commands (dump improved,
purge-terms introduced), a new -o option for users to specify their
own tokenizers, and some small optimizations in selecting top terms
and calculations.

Please test (!i386), comment.
