RFC: subversion-1.0.4

Here's subversion 1.0.4. Works well for me on both i386 and amd64. Please 
test and comment.

Note: You have to pkg_delete the old version before building the new 
version. I'm still trying to work out what is going on here... suffice to 
say that fscking libtool is trying to be too smart when linking.

Question: Many people find it useful to have wrapper scripts that set the
umask when running svn and svnserve. Do people think these should be part 
of the port? Any opinions on how they should work?
