net/nmap 3.51-TEST4 diff

Here is a diff to test nmap 3.51-TEST4 against the -current net/nmap port.
Fyodor mentioned that there might be a release of a new version as early as
this week.

This was tested on i386, alpha, and sparc64.  only sparc64 had issues with
not being able to run tests (it reports back "Host seems down" for all
tries) and I'm looking into it.

This won't be committed, it's just there to see if anyone spots anything
that should be submitted back to Fyodor as a fix.
