Perhaps you have not yet learned in life that some things are "easy"
and other things are "hard". Just by demanding that people make things
easy to understand, you will not yourself acquire all the knowledge
necessary to understand the subject.

If ssh were in the "easy" category, then you wouldn't be talking about
it, so ipso facto it is "hard" and, no, we cannot expect a
"reasonable" person to understand it. The persone who understands it
will have more detailed knowledge of the subject than a "reasonable"
person.

On the question of insanity, I am not qualified to comment.
Ego-manical maybe, but then again that may just be my opinion.
