How to upgrade isakmpd?

Hi,

I am trying to use isakmpd with 2.8 to establish an IPsec tunnel, and I having
a problem with writev, which is already solved (I guess).  Niklas has sent a
patch to a file, but looking in the cvs, I think more has been done regarding
this problem.

So, my question is: should I do a full rebuild (kernel and userland) to solve
the problem with isakmpd, or just the directory of sbin/isakmpd?

If I just need to recompile isakmpd, which revision numbers should I look for
in cvsweb (I don't have internet access to other ports).  How do I know which
ones are in 2.8-stable?
