I take this back, I rather believe the opposite now, that it was
correct to start with and that not changes are needed for that.

This means the aac.c patch I sent out would likely *not* work on
OpenBSD/powerpc, but that does not matter much as it was primarily
for an i386 user to test.  The believed to be correct implementation
is already committed to -current.
