System hang when resuming from suspend with fxp CardBus installed

I am currently running OpenBSD 2.9-stable on a Dell Latitude CPiA
(laptop) which hangs every time I resume from suspend if the Intel
Pro/100 Carbus II is plugged in. If I eject the card, or boot without
it, suspend/resume works fine. I don't know if this is specific to the
network card or if it is a problem with CardBus. I've had no issues with
PCMCIA (non-CardBus) cards.

I was wondering if this was a known issue with OBSD, perhaps something
similar to the WaveLAN problem documented here:

I was also curious if anyone else was having this problem and am looking
for suggestions for additional troubleshooting before I file a bug
report.
