Forgive her, for she knows not what she does (or, to be more
accurate, what her machine is doing).
She's apparently got an infected Windows machine that's
sending a Trojan worm to every address that appears on a message
that arrives in her inbox. And it isn't checking for duplicates.
This means that whenever her machine receives a posting from this
list, it sends out another spam... with malware attached.
If the machine is an office machine and she's gone home for
the weekend, the process will continue at least until Monday.
So, temporarily removing her from the list might be the way
to go. I'll bet that this is all that's necessary.... If she
doesn't receive messages from the list, her machine probably
won't post more.
