isakmpd AND vpnet AND initial-contact

Hi,

Need some help on ISAKMPD .

I tried setting up a IPSEC tunnel mode between openbsd 2.6 running ISAKMPD
and VPnet VSU VPN box.   While phase-1 is negotiated properly , QUICK-MODE
fails and I get a memory fault(core dumped) at the openbsd. This happens
after a QUICK_MODE message containing a INITIAL_CONTACT notify payload is
received & processed by the ISAKMPD.   What could be the problem ? Even
ISAKMPD sends a INITIAL_CONTACT payload during phase-1, but thats processed
properly by the VPNet VPN box.

How do I disable OpenBSD sending INITIAL_CONTACT during phase-1.
