i've done the same. it does help to use fat32 so you can mount it in
openbsd.

i didn't do this.

i've got win2k in the first primary partition and then openbsd in the
second primary.

i've used GRUB for a bootloader at it works great, although i have to use
the chainloader to boot openbsd and supposedly you shouldn't need to.
