Intel Card Fails.

	I am having problems with a motherboard which has dual Intel 10/100 NICs
built-in.  One is an "Intel 82562EM controller", the other is an "Intel
82559 controller". The device seen as fxp0 will time out after a short
amount of time (4-8 hours).  Here is what is in /var/log/messages:

Nov 23 03:57:24 vpn01 /bsd: fxp0: device timeout

	I am running 2.9 straight off of the CD.  I originally noticed this problem
after getting the patch branch via CVS (been a couple weeks not sure of the
exact date).  I went back to a fresh install of just 2.9 off of the CD and
thought the problem was gone since the box ran fine for about 3 days.  But
now it is back.  A temp fix is that I have cron reboot the box every 12
hours.

	Any help or recommendations for places to look for a path to a solution
would be greatly appreciated.
