It means that something has already presented itself to the system
to be located where these resources reside.  Possibly the BIOS
can be reserving the area for the APICs too, so they get doubly
reserved.  If so there is no problem at all.  Otherwise, it is hard
to tell, but I currently cannot think this can cause any problems.
When we go SMP though, this has to be resolved.
