how to concatenate MFS drive with physical partition
Hello all,
I want to extend my RAM drive with a physical (larger) partition,
just in case it would fill up. Right now I have a 96MB /tmp
and thought it could be useful to extend it a little, fstab snip -
swap /tmp mfs rw,noexec,noatime,-s=196608 0 0
would it be possible to 'ccd' this with a partition? So that the
RAM is used first of course. I tried mounting the partition before
and after the RD, the only effect it had was to use either one,
then complain "filesystem full" when I filled the RD not continuing
on 'the second /tmp'... (not surpring but still..)
Couldn't find any info in the FAQ's and man pages,
google wouldn't talk to me either so...
Hope I made everything clear, and thanks for your time
Oh, and please excuse me if there's a strikingly obvious solution...
