RRIP without PX field?

I get this kernel error message "RRIP without PX field?", when I run find
over a mounted cdrom created with openbsd's native mkisofs (running
3.1-stable). I guess it's something to do with the Rock Ridge fs, but can
anyone tell me what exactly it means, if it's anything to worry about, and
can I prevent it occurring by mastering the image differently?

I've searched google and all I can find is some references to bugs in
FreeBSD's ata driver which were fixed around 20 Aug 2000.
