rlogind and rexecd go away? [CVS: cvs.openbsd.org: src]

hello folks,

after getting this i've been left shocked for a couple of minutes. well,
nobody using OpenBSD would say "use rlogin/telnet/whatever", whenever
there is ssh within the system. however, there are *many* systems, that
are not so aware, where no ssh installed and it is not so possible to
install it. e.g. i have a bunch of hp-ux, solaris, sco etc. boxen, and
ssh just cannot be installed there (because of support agreement). the
only way to work with them is using old/unsecure r* tools. now, 3.2 is
not going to have them, right? will it be available as a package at
least.
