Re: Netwinder Port
OpenBSD (2.8) ported to the Intrinsyc CerfCube
(arm32). I believe it'll work on the Compaq IPAQ as
well. No support offered or intended, just code that
worked for me.

I've submitted it to the powers that be at OpenBSD,
to some interested responses, but that was some time
ago, and I haven't heard anything more.
I've also got OpenBSD ported (including dynamic
linking, wshew...) to MIPS32 (custom hardware based on
the Alchemy Au1500 (www.alchemysemi.com)). If there
wasn't interest in the arm32 stuff, there probably
isn't in mips, so I'm going to keep it to myself. :-)
The important part is that OpenBSD is easily portable.
The reason we ended up using OpenBSD over NetBSD is
because the network stack (particularly the IPSec
stuff) is TONS better than NetBSD's. Their's is just a
mass of #ifdef's, whereas OpenBSD's is extremely
elegant and well architected.
