My poorly worded question, coupled with my faulty understanding, sorry.
My question wasn't about how to use ssh as a replacement for rsh, but
whether we can expect rcmd_af() to continue to be able to connect to a
legacy rshd / rexecd / rlogind in 3.2 and beyond.
