libmilter with sendmail 8.12.2 in obsd 3.1

Hello,
I recompile corretly sendmail with:
../sendmail/Makefile
SUBDIR+=  libmilter
../sendmail/sendmail/Makefile
WANT_LIBMILTER=1
ENVDEF+= -DMILTER
CPPFLAGS+= -pthread
LDFLAGS+= -pthread
but sendmail won't work.
What is wrong?
