bge0 timeout problems

I'm running 3.1-stable on a Dell PowerEdge 2650 server.  This server
ships with two Broadcom BCM5701 integrated NICs.  The OpenBSD bge driver
apparently doesn't work on this hardware.

The hardware is recognized upon boot, but when network traffic starts
to flow, the console lights up with "bge0 watchdog timeout" errors, and
the NIC is then hosed.

Is this a known problem?  Any available fixes?  I'd really like to be
able to use these NICs if possible.
