strange sshd __progname or ARG0

hi all

I compiled obsd 3.0-stable (cvsuped on 26 August 2002),
but /etc is from 3.1 installation.

Everything is working fine, except sshd
Look:

$ ps awx| grep sshd
15557 ??  Is      0:00.06 /usr/sbin/sshd
  1172 ??  Is      0:00.02 \^Z@: user [priv] (sshd)
  8058 ??  Is      0:00.02 \^Z@: user2 [priv] (sshd)
23420 ??  I       0:00.00 \^Z@: user2 [priv] (sshd)
12344 ??  S       0:00.03 \^Z@: user@ttyp0 (sshd)
31054 ??  Is      0:00.04 /usr/sbin/sshd -p xxxxx
10672 ??  Is      0:00.02 \M-?\M-_: user [priv] (sshd)
26846 ??  I       0:00.00 \M-?\M-_: user@ttyp1 (sshd)

\^Z@ was started from /etc/rc
\M-?M-_ was started from /usr/local/etc/rc.d/....
		I grabbed code patch to rc.local from FreeBSD for that.

If I start sshd after I logged in, it starts fine.
26846 ??  I       0:00.00 sshd: user@ttyp2 (sshd)

Seems something broken.
I checked /etc/rc* diffs 3.0 <-> 3.1 and found no relevant changes.
have no idea where to look to fix it.
