port of cgd

You can download a trial version of an OpenBSD cgd port here:
http://www.stanford.edu/~tedu/cgd.html

There's more details on the page, but for for now, only use blowfish.  You
can try using AES, but there's no DES support at the moment.  I've tested
it to make sure it works, but didn't actively try breaking it, so don't go
moving all your pr0n over yet.

The tarballs should be complete, but it's possible I left a file out or
missed a patch.  Let me know if you have any problems.
