www.openbsd.org and follow the download and installation 
instructions.  Refer any questions associated with those steps to 
misc@openbsd.org .   After it's all ready to go and misc@openbsd.org has 
identified your issue with the cd-rw as a tech question...then 
tech@openbsd.org would be more than happy to help you!
