ECS K7S5A SIS 900 Ethernet card

Hello:

I've seen in the archives that there is a patch to supposedly make this
integrated NIC work, but the patch references a bug report..and the bug
reporting system is currently disabled.

Does anyone happen to have this patch handy? ( Any reason why this patch
hasn't been included in the source tree yet? )
