OpenBSD as a VPN concentrator

Hello,

Can OpenBSD operate as a VPN concentrator?  Here is what I would like to
be possible.  I currently have a number of IPsec tunnels create from the
OpenBSD firewall to various firewalls on the internet.  I would like for
it to be possible to route, from one remote location, through the tunnel
to the OpenBSD firewall and then in turn be possibly routed through
another tunnel that the box has already setup.  Is such a configuration
possible?  If not, is it possible to setup some routers hanging off the
OpenBSD box to accomplish the same thing?
