That's where I reconfigured the array and replaced the drive; the array 
status now shows 'Rebuilding after F8'. Unfortunately, that never happens - 
all it does is reboot normally. Apparently, the twe driver is *supposed* to 
pick up on the 'need to rebuild status' and do it at the OS level (as 
opposed to directly from the BIOS).

Can anyone confirm this behavior? Has anyone rebuilt a 3Ware array with the 
3.3 twe driver (does it have a problem)??

Don't suppose you are aware of something that has to be done *to* the twe 
driver to get it to rebuild?
