rc.vpn for openbsd

hello

	I have built a VPN tunnel between two openbsd system, one os openbsd 3.3 with
rc.vpn 1.19, and the other is openbsd 3.2 with rc.vpn version 1.15. but it
does not work . I am not certain of whether the version between the peers
should be the same or any other work to do ?
