I will put the ISDN diffs on an ftp shortly (or tomorrow, since
it's fairly late), but haven't had any chance to test it on a
pristine OpenBSD system before.
I took the time to remove the callout API today, and isolate
every single piece of ISDN-related stuff.

I suggest you to wait for that instead :)
