So do it in your ports tree and shut up.  We won't waste our time with
supposedly free software that we can't distribute, I don't want to build
qmail each time I do a full package build (all packages get built, even
PERMIT_*=No to ensure the full tree builds, obviously)

In other words - give up.  You are not going to change our minds.
