How about telling us what your goal is, why you believe the OpenBSD
default is "wrong" for your application...

Odds are, it is possible to accomplish whatever your intended task is
in another, maybe even better, way.  The people who did PF really know
what they are doing on this stuff. 8)  Usually, when I find something
difficult with PF, it is because I'm stuck thinking dead wrong about
the problem I have at hand.
