I have not tested this - I've got no need for it, but here is a quick go:
http://www.creative.com.au/craig/libosip.tgz
http://www.creative.com.au/craig/siproxd.tgz
If someone wants to test, I may submit to ports list.
Dependancy Note: siproxd expects libosip to be extracted as
ports/mystuff/libosip
