that affects freebsd as well (2.2.2 not a 2.2.5 at least for a week uptime)
hard restart always fix that, it's not a limit related (cause kernel is
configured for 256 users, with unlimit before startup).
it's a busy site for 4 class C networks on a single machine (-8
no cure is known, i'll try to trace an apache.
