source tree

OK, I feel really dumb.  I can't seem to get the source tree to work.  I
am sure I am just missing something easy that is right under my nose.

I initially go the source by typing:

biotest# setenv CVSROOT anoncvs@anoncvs.usa.openbsd.org:/cvs
biotest# cd /usr
biotest# cvs -q get -PA src

That worked great.  But now I have a crontab job every night or so pull
the source down useing:

biotest# cd /usr
biotest# cvs -q up -PAd src


When I do that I get this in return:


biotest# cvs up -PAd src
sin.citi.umich.edu: Connection refused
cvs [update aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if
any)
biotest#


I have also tried this on mutiple machines set as CVSROOT and at different
times of the day.


What am I doing wrong??????
