ddb messages

between me and a coworker, we experience this on four separate
machines, all running versions of -current (incl. the snapshots
from the 17th)

upon halt'ing or shutdown'ing, we get the following message from
the kernel, and then get the ddb> prompt.

doing a ps shows these things running on the latest box that we
witnessed this on.

reboot
nfsd
update
pagedaemon
init
swapper

Anybody have any clues? tips?
