 thanks for your reply. I found out the hard way today that the
AS500 doesn't work well under OpenBSD 2.5, 2.4, or even NetBSD
1.4. Problems being exactly as you describe under OpenBSD:
problems with the SCSI chipset and failure to see any SCSI
disks.

Hmmm, maybe Digital Unix it is...
