Hi,
My i386 box (Toshiba Libretto 100 CT) refuses to boot a kernel with
debugging symbols, e.g. bsd.gdb. I'm guessing it's a kernel size issue,
because it has also failed to boot kernels where I've enabled a good
chunk of printfs.
The symptom is that the box resets immediately after loading. It
*may* spit out a message before reboot, but I've never been able to
stop it there to make sure.
Any ideas on how to track this down? I re-installed the latest
boot code to make sure there've been no boot changes.
Thanks,
