FYI, the current BIND 8 snapshot is now:
ftp://ftp.gsnig.net/pub/openbsd-bind/bind-19990608-snapshot.tar.gz

This is BIND 8.2.1-T4B (RC1) plus misc OpenBSD patches.

I have not had the time to fix any of the known problems as yet.
