dhcp and bind 8

I installed BIND 8 today and it works great. I'm running DHCP (isc on an older
2.3 machine)and I want to update my DNS database when a client requests a
lease...I.E. add a DNS record for a host when it is assigned an address out of
my DHCP pool. Is there an option to do this or do I have to hack dhcp a little?
